How does the guarantee work?

When you sign up with Tally, you have a 1 month risk free trial. We'll set up your accounting system and start bookkeeping, filing sales taxes, running payroll and generating reports. You'll also have access to unlimited support tickets.

At the end of your first month, if we have not delivered on our promise or you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a refund AND keep our custom accounting system.

What does unlimited support mean?

Our unlimited support plans offer business owners the flexibility to consult with their accountants at any time without worrying about billable hours or hidden fees.

Our team provides both proactive and reactive support, helping our clients make important business growth decisions, as well as supporting them to stay compliant.

Why do you offer fixed pricing?

Before starting Tally we worked at several firms ourselves. A major challenge we noticed was business owners worrying about billable hours, avoiding their accountants, and making important business decisions with no visibility into their numbers.

Our goal is to change that by providing unlimited support, and consulting services at a fixed rate. No hidden fees. No billable hours.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope! All services offered in your plan are included under a consistent, predictable, monthly subscription.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! We understand that as you grow your business your needs might change. You can upgrade or downgrade your Tally subscription anytime.

To allow our clients flexibility, we also offer services that can be added on to our existing plans on an as needed basis. Ask your senior client manager for more details!
